Welcome to SG Ventures. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, requesting a quotation, placing an order, or using any of our products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Services

We specialize in customized products and branding solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Custom T-Shirts

  • Hoodies

  • Varsity Jackets

  • Uniforms

  • Wrist Bands

  • Badges

  • Lanyards

  • Banners

  • Trophies & Medals

  • Promotional Merchandise

  • Corporate Branding Products

  • Printing Solutions

All products are manufactured according to customer-approved specifications.

3. Quotations & Pricing

  • All quotations are valid for the period specified in the quotation unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice until an order is confirmed.

  • Taxes, shipping charges, artwork charges, and additional customization costs may apply unless expressly included in the quotation.

4. Orders

An order is considered confirmed only after:

  • Acceptance of the quotation,

  • Approval of the final artwork or specifications, and

  • Receipt of the applicable advance payment, where required.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion before production begins.

5. Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, text, spelling, colors, dimensions, quantities, and specifications before production.

Once final approval is received, no changes can be made without our written confirmation.

We are not responsible for errors contained in customer-approved artwork.

6. Production & Delivery

Production timelines begin after:

  • Final artwork approval,

  • Confirmation of specifications, and

  • Receipt of the required advance payment.

Delivery timelines are estimates only. While we make every effort to deliver orders on schedule, delays caused by courier services, transportation issues, natural disasters, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control shall not constitute a breach of contract.

7. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Advance payment may be required before production begins.

  • The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment terms.

  • Ownership of the goods remains with SG Ventures until full payment has been received.

Late payments may result in delayed production, delayed delivery, or suspension of future orders.

8. Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has commenced:

  • Advance payments are non-refundable.

  • The customer remains liable for the full order value, and the outstanding balance must be paid in full, regardless of cancellation.

9. Returns & Refunds

As our products are customized and manufactured specifically for each customer, returns or refunds are not accepted except where:

  • The product is defective,

  • The wrong product has been supplied, or

  • The product materially differs from the approved specifications due to our manufacturing error.

10. Product Variations

Minor variations in color, print placement, fabric texture, material finish, dimensions, or other manufacturing characteristics may occur due to production processes and display settings. Such variations are considered normal and do not constitute defects.

11. Intellectual Property

Customers represent and warrant that they own or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses for any logos, trademarks, artwork, photographs, or other materials submitted for customization.

The customer agrees to indemnify SG Ventures against any claims arising from unauthorized use of such materials.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SG Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.

13. Website Content

All content on this website, including text, graphics, images, logos, designs, and other materials, is the property of SG Ventures unless otherwise stated and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

 

14. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

16. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
