Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing SG Ventures. We specialize in customized printing, corporate branding, promotional merchandise, apparel, and personalized products. As all products are made to order based on customer specifications, please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

1. Customized Products

All products, including but not limited to:

  • Custom T-Shirts

  • Hoodies

  • Varsity Jackets

  • Uniforms

  • Wrist Bands

  • Badges

  • Lanyards

  • Banners

  • Trophies & Medals

  • Promotional Merchandise

  • Printed Materials

are manufactured according to the customer's approved design, artwork, size, color, quantity, and specifications.

Because these products are personalized, all sales are considered final once production has begun.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled only before artwork approval and production begins.

  • Once the design has been approved or production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.

  • Once production has commenced, any advance payment made is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation after production has begun, the customer remains responsible for the full order value, and the outstanding balance must be paid in full.

3. Returns & Exchanges

As all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.

  • An incorrect product was delivered.

  • The product significantly differs from the approved design or order specifications due to our manufacturing error.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by providing:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • A complete unboxing video

  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the product,

  • Reprint the order, or

  • Issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.

5. Design Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork, text, logos, colors, sizes, and product specifications before providing final approval.

Once approval is received, SG Ventures is not responsible for errors present in the approved artwork.

6. Color & Product Variations

Actual product colors, materials, and finishes may vary slightly from digital previews due to screen settings, lighting, printing methods, and manufacturing processes. Such minor variations are considered normal and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

7. Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for guidance only. While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for refunds.

8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider's processing time.
